16 Jeju is a brand of bottled water sourced on a small island in the Korean Strait named JeJu. This particular island has a landscape composed of volcanic craters and lava caves. It is also home to an active volcano called Mt. Halla. The water that falls on this volcano eventually makes its way into the ground where it eventually emerges in a remote spring. As the water travels underground it passes through 16 layers of bedrock, which purify it and provide it with a natural pH level of 7.8. In addition to providing a natural filter for the water known as 16 Jeju, the layers of rock also enrich it with beneficial minerals such as magnesium. The minerals in combination with the pH level, make this water a healthy beverage choice for hydrating the body. To ensure the quality and purity of the water remains intact it is captured and bottled at its source.
